PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a painting peeling work of a ground connection place except a repair place by setting an earth setting place near the repair place, and to improve the workability. SOLUTION: A ground connection body 10 is arranged to abutt/energize to a working plate face Q. A welding rod 20 is arranged to attachably connect to the positive electrode of a stud welding machine P. A sharp depositing part arranged to the tip of the welding rod is stud welded to be deposited/fixed to the working plate face Q. A spring 2, which presses/energizes the ground connection body 10 to the working plate face Q through an insulation body 1, is disposed between the ground connection body 10 and the welding 20. the depositing part of the welding rod 20 is deposited with pressing the spring 2.
