PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace only a malfunctioned delivery device. SOLUTION: A prize ball case 151 in which a prize ball delivery device 150 is built and a rental ball case 131 in which a rental ball delivery device 130 for delivery of rental balls is built are separately constructed to be mountable/demountable on/from a mechanism plate 110, so that the prize ball case 151 and the rental ball case 131 are removed from the mechanism plate 110 for a pinball game machine to thereby replace only the delivery device 150 or 130 which is in trouble or abnormal.
