SOLUTION: When it is intended to let a speech program and a reproducing program operate at the same time, a throughput of a DSP 14 and a memory capacity (RAM, etc., built in the DSP 14) for processing utilized by the DSP 14 may sometimes run short. In such a case, the throughput of the DSP 14 and the memory capacity for processing for executing the speech processing program are secured by temporarily halting the execution of the reproducing program by the DSP 14. Otherwise, the throughput of the DSP 14 for executing the speech processing program is secured by limiting the signal reproduced by the execution of the reproducing program of the DSP 14 only to one side channel. |
