CHARACTER MESSAGE COMMUNICATING METHOD DURING CALL AND CALL TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character message communication method during a call for dividing a DTMF signal for transmitting/receiving a character message from a call signal and preventing the overlap of the two signals and to provide a call terminal. SOLUTION: A first inverse conversion part 6 which inversely converts a reception DTMF signal received from a communication line 1 in accordance with a message input operation in the other telephone set into a reception character message information, a second inverse conversion part 9 which inversely converts a transmitted DTMF signal obtained by converting transmission character message information in a DTMF signal conversion part 5 into transmission character message information and a display part 8 displaying reception character message information and transmission character message information, which are obtained in the first inverse conversion part 6 and the second inverse conversion part 9, as the reception character message from the other telephone set and the transmission character message to the other telephone set are installed.
