PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lead inspecting device which facilitates transition of inspection. SOLUTION: A planar image H is projected through first - fourth mirrors 21-24 for plane images to the upper part. First mirrors 34 and 32 for right and left strabismic images for projecting right and left obliquely observing images R and L of an IC 4 are provided at the right and left oblique upper parts of an opening 16 for inspection, and a first mirror 36 for front and back obliquely observing images for projecting front and back obliquely observing images F and B of the IC 4 is provided at the front and back oblique upper parts of the opening 16 for inspection. Each obliquely observing image R, L, F, and B is composited with the outer peripheral part of the planar image H transmitted through a central opening 57 of an image compositing member 51, and projected to the upper part. A slit plate 61 on a lower 17 is provided with an opening 71 for the planar image for projecting the whole part of the IC 4 and openings 72 and 73 for the front and back and right and left obliquely observing images for limiting the projection range of the IC 4 projected by the first mirror 34, 32, and 36 for each obliquely observing to the front and back and right and left side parts.
