PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella used for fishing or the like which is hardly blown off by wind. SOLUTION: A double umbrella having two cloths has an air hole 11 formed on the center of the lower cloth 10. Wind (a) passes through the umbrella as shown by arrows, so that the umbrella is not blown off. Upper bones 6 and lower bones 9 are opened and closed through support bones 12 and 13 by vertically moving a pulley 3 to open and close the umbrella. Auxiliary support bones 15 are provided from a movable sub-pulley 14 to make clear the circular surface of the lower cloth 10.
