PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying structure for a food material capable of improving the conveying efficiency when conveying a semi-solid food material having a prescribed viscosity. SOLUTION: This conveying structure for a food material consists of conveying members 20 for conveying a cooked rice 63 as a semi-solid food material having a prescribed viscosity along a conveying passage 12, each of which has a rotary shaft 21 arranged so as to cross the conveying direction of the cooked rice 63 and plural arms radiantly extending from the rotary shafts 21. The conveying members 20 have arms different in length from the center of rotation to tip thereof from each other. |
