摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a drink having a lot of fresh flavor of raw material by lightening a thermal sterilization condition. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a drink having a thermal sterilization process, phytic acid is added to the drink. The drink is produced by blending fruit, fruit juice, milk, soybean milk, extracted solution of tea, saccharide, organic acid, spice, water, etc. Fruit drink or tea drink may be cited as the drink. As a method for production, a proper amount of phytic acid is added in any period before, during or after blending of the raw material and the raw material is filtered or carbonated, packed into a container and thermally sterilized.
