PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater storage device, in which no indented place or the like is generated even when large load is applied partially to the surface of molding covering a water storage tank and applied for a prolonged term. SOLUTION: Filling bodies 3 made of a synthetic resin are arranged crosswise while being vertically stacked and filled in a water storage tank 1 formed by digging down a ground surface and the upper section of the water storage tank is covered with molding 5 in the rainwater storage device. One layer or more of face-shaped materials 7 for dispersing load are buried into the molding 5 at that time. Accordingly, even when large load is applied partially to the surface of molding 5, there is no possibility of the generation of indented places or the like because load is dispersed to the periphery by the face-shaped materials 7.
