PURPOSE: A flash memory device is provided to promote pumping efficiency by shortening output lines of sector control circuit. CONSTITUTION: In a flash memory device, sector control block(11,12) is separated into left and right blocks to classify a cell array(13) into sector units. In addition, output lines(L11-L18) of respective sector control circuits in each sector control block(11,12) are divided into left and right blocks(15,16) and then connected to z-multiplex block(14). That is, the cell array(13) is classified by an output of the sector control block(11,12) transmitted through the divided output lines(L11-L18). Therefore, the output lines(L11-L18) is shortened by half. Moreover, a load capacitance is smaller and a coupling ratio is made better, so that a pumping efficiency is promoted.
