PURPOSE: A grill burner is provided to prevent occurrence of any noise and deformation resulted from thermal expansion upon long time uses after ignition to a combustion plate(30) by constituting the supporting frame(32) to be formed on outer edge of the combustion plate(30). Also, the grill burner is provided such that the combustion plate(30) is easily repaired and exchanged upon any damages of the combustion plate by constituting a structure in which a close contact surface between the combustion plate(30) and gas supplying member(40) is fastened with threads(35). The grill burner is ultimately to improve the marketability of the grill burner and the user's reliability to the products. CONSTITUTION: In a grill burner, a body member(10) of which front side is opened, a support member(20) mounted on a desired position of upper surface of the body member, a combustion plate(30), and a gas supplying member(40) are mounted serially to generate combustion heat by supplying of gas and then cook fishes and the like in a gas range(1). The combustion plate(30) comprises a plate shaped flame orifice section(31), flame orifices(33) formed with a constant interval to allow the gas supplied from the gas supplying member(40) to be spreaded and injected over an extensive area, and a supporting frame(32) formed uprightly on the edge of the flame orifice section(31) to be perpendicular to the flame orifice section(31). The supporting frame(32) prevents heat expansion and deformation of the combustion plate(30) resulted from combustion heat generated from bottom surface of the flame orifice(33) upon the gas injected through the flame orifice(33) is ignited.
