SLIP RING FOR GENERATOR AND PROCESS METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A slip ring for a generator and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to manufacture two slip rings at the same time and to form a terminal and a wing slice for cooling on the slip ring at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The slip ring for the generator includes a plate material(2) and a pair of slip ring materials(A,B). The slip ring according to the present invention collects brush ashes on one side of the generator including a rotor as well as a stator and outputs the collected the brush ashes and performs cooling. The plate material such as Cu or SUS is formed by a press method to form the slip ring materials which are aligned with each other on one plate material. A terminal(3) and a plurality of wing slices(4) are formed on one plate material as a whole. The slip ring materials are bent in a circular formation and both ends thereof are welded to each other.
