PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of hardness for a rear bumper is provided to prevent a damage of a car body and a passenger by enduring the rear bumper with a reinforcing portion inserted an impact bar through a shock by a clash is added to the rear bumper. CONSTITUTION: A first stay(22) and a second stay(32) are installed in a rear part of a car body after welding and fixing each other. A first combining plate(20) and a second combining plate(30) are stuck and fixed in the first stay(22) and the second stay(32) with a bolt. The first combining plate(20) and the second combining plate(30) are fixed by inserting in an upper fixing groove(12) and a lower fixing groove(14). A reinforcing portion(16) is formed lengthwise in a rear face of a rear bumper(10). A fixing slot(18) is formed in the reinforcing portion(16) in a state opened both sides. An impact bar(40) as a shock absorbing material is fixed in the fixing slot(18). Thereby the rear bumper(10) is reinforced the hardness with the impact bar(40) and the reinforcing portion(16).
