STAINLESS ALLOY OF AUSTENITE GROUP WITH LARGE AMOUNT OF NICKEL HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE QUALITY AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A stainless alloy of austenite group with a large amount of nickel and a producing method thereof are provided to have excellent surface quality by preventing the generation of inner crack on the surface of a continuous cast piece and by preventing a defect on a wire from being generated while hot rolling. CONSTITUTION: A solidification of a stainless steel alloy is started in a primary crystal austenite phase, and delta-ferrite is formed during the solidification. Then, the delta-ferrite is transformed into an austenite phase after completing the solidification. To continuously cast the stainless steel alloy, the amount of the delta-ferrite in a cast piece is controlled for 1-3%. Thus, the quality of the cast piece is excellent in the stainless steel alloy of austenite group with a large amount of nickel. Herein, the stainless material is used in a chemical plant or in an incinerator while having(Cr/Ni)eg for 1.2-1.4. Ni is required for obtaining the austenite phase in hot temperature and in a normal temperature while being contained for 15-25%.
