PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce a non-oriented electric strip having low iron loss and high magnetic flux density for reducing energy. CONSTITUTION: A slab contains less than 0.01wt% of C, less than 3.5wt% of Si, less than 1.0wt% of Mn, less than 0.15wt% of P, less than 0.01wt% of S, 0.15 to 1.5wt% of Al, less than 0.005wt% of N, 0.03 to 0.4wt% of Sn, 0.05 to 10.wt% of Cr, 0.0005 to 0.01wt% of Ti, less than 0.005wt% of O and the remain of Fe and impurities. The slab is reheated in a temperature of 1100 to 1250°C and hot rolled in a temperature of 800 to 950°C. Then the slab is cleaned by acid and cold rolled two times. A cold roller sheet is annealed in a temperature of 700 to 1050°C to be a non-oriented electric strip. Thereby, the electric strip increases magnetic force by reducing an effect of impurities.
