METHOD FOR GENERATING RULE FOR EXAMINING BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for generating the examination rule of a blast furnace is provided to improve the productivity of the blast furnace while examining the blast furnace and stably operating. CONSTITUTION: To obtain a system for generating the rule of a blast furnace(100), a process computer(200) receives data about the temperature and the pressure of the blast furnace per minute. And, a PLC(programmable logic computer)(300) for treating raw material receives data about the distribution of charging material and about the result of PCI. Therefore, the data inputted to the process computer and to the PLC for treating raw material is inputted to an automatically generating system(400) of fuzzy rule through a blast furnace network. Then, the result of the data inputted to the automatically generating system of fuzzy rule is transferred to an operator.
