PURPOSE: A producing device for a zipper and a producing method thereof are provided which can make the process consecutive by attaching an element to the cloth tape at regular intervals, straightly and firmly. CONSTITUTION: A zipper is produced by the producing device comprised of: a moving part(20) rotating by the power of a motor(10) installed inside of the supporting base; a transporting part(30) moving and returning straightly by the power of the moving part(20); a supplying part(40) supplying profile wire into the upper part by the power of latche; a cutting part(50) forming an element by cutting the profile wire and making the same transferred to the punching part; a punching part(60) forming a bulge and a hollow going in gear to the element; an attaching part(70) making the element attached to the cloth tape; and a part for rolling and discharging the cloth tape(80).
