PURPOSE: A power generating apparatus using super conductive electromagnet is provided to present stable and sufficient power without other outside energy source by using super conductive electromagnet as power supply. CONSTITUTION: The power generating apparatus comprises: a cylinder case separated into a head and a body; 60% para conductive coils mounted in the inter wall of the body; 40% super conductive magnet mounted between the para conductive coils to be opposed each other; a piston composed of Ti-Sn alloy with gap with the inter wall; magnets mounted on the outer surface of the piston; strong paramagnet fixed to the upper center of the magnets; a rotating body fixed to shaft; and a heat insulating member mounted on the head.
