METHOD FOR PRODUCING AGGLOMERATE OF EXTREMELY LOW REDUCING DIVERGENCE FOR COREX WHILE SINTERING IRON ORE

PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce agglomerate for corex with extremely low reducing divergence rate while not lowering strength. CONSTITUTION: To produce agglomerate for corex, the amount of alumina is reduced while increasing the amount of MgO by adding dolomite as an auxiliary raw material. Moreover, basicity is improved by using limestone while improving the mixed ratio of cokes. Herein, the amount of alumina is 1.3%, and the amount of MgO by adding dolomite is 4.8%. The basicity is adjusted for 2.80 while adjusting the mixed ratio of cokes for 3.85%.
