PURPOSE: A method for preventing chattering appearance is provided to prevent a chattering appearance generated at a power measuring system by clearing a pulse input flag in software by a micro computer. CONSTITUTION: In a method for preventing chattering appearance of a transmission unit in a power measuring system, whether a pulse input flag is set is judged(300). The pulse input flag is to indicate whether a counter is increased and a working is performed. If the pulse input flag is not set, the step(300) is repeated. If the pulse input flag is set, a pulse count is increased by '1'(301). Whether an input pulse transitions to a low state is judged(302). In a case where the input pulse transitions to the low state(when two magnets increasingly is adjacent to each other), a pulse input flag set and a pulse count are cleared(303). In a case where the input pulse transitions from a low state to a high state, there is checked whether the pulse count is increased up to a predetermined number(304). If the pulse count is increased up to the predetermined number, the pulse input flag set and a pulse count are cleared(305), and the a count of a power measuring system is increased when two magnets are separated from each other(306).
