PURPOSE: A device for moving a robot and a mechanism for sightseeing the steel outside of the perpendicular and the ceiling is provided to prevent a sliding by adhering one of between the front leg and the rear leg on the steel outside when to move. CONSTITUTION: A device for moving a robot and a mechanism for sightseeing the steel outside of the perpendicular and the ceiling comprises : a front body(10) forming a leg(14) including a permanent magnet(13) for adhering on a steel outside, a screw(12) for rising and falling a leg(14), and a motor(11) for rotating a screw(12) ; a rear body(20) forming a leg(24) including a permanent magnet(23), for adhering on a steel outside, a screw(2) for rising and falling a leg(24), and a motor(21) for rotating a screw(22) ; a rotating body(30) forming a right/left moving stand(34)(35) including a screw(36) for moving to the front and the rear the legs(14)(24), a permanent magnet(33) equipped on the lower side, and a motor(31) on the upper side.
