摘要 PURPOSE: A cooking method for defrosting of a microwave oven is provided to prevent degradation of the degree of completion of a food due to cooking process constantly proportional to weight and cooking time by setting cooking time. CONSTITUTION: A reference weight is subtracted from the weight of a food to be cooked currently. The data stored in a third memory setting time increase ratio by respective power level according to cooking menu and corresponding menu are read. A cooking time based on the data stored in the third memory is set up from the subtracted value in the weight difference setting step. An increase time per unit gram according to the power levels of a magnetron and the food to be cooked is set up in the third memory. The surface of the food is prevented from overheating due to cooking process constantly proportional in the ratio of the weight to the cooking time of the food. The degree of completion of the food is elevated.
