PURPOSE: A punching stapler is provided to file more easily by boring previously a hole when to file a paper. CONSTITUTION: A punching stapler comprises : a guide plate(110) including plural staple(200) inserted into the inside and a compressor(140) for pushing the staple(200) to the front ; a pressurization plate(120) forming a hitting plate(121) for bending the staple(200) and a means for punching(300) joined with a guide plate(111) for boring a hole on a paper and including a punching requisite to be hit by a hitting plate(121) for boring a hole and a control knob (320) joined with a guide rail for moving up and down ; a base plate(100) joined with a fulcrum plate(150) which includes a bending groove(151) for bending the staple(200) and a venting hole(152) for inserting a punching stick.
