PURPOSE: A valve device is provided to open and to close a discharging aperture by vertically elevating a valve opening/closing aperture by using a vertical guiding instrument. CONSTITUTION: A manipulating lever(220) installed on a main wall(202) of a water tank(200) is rotated downward such that an extended branch(221) is rotated for pulling a pulling string(230). Moreover, a valve opening/closing aperture(210) is vertically elevated by a vertical guiding instrument(300) for opening a discharging aperture(201) to discharge water in the water tank. When the manipulating lever is released, the extended branch and the valve opening/closing aperture are moved downward along the vertical guiding instrument. Therefore, the discharging aperture is closed for blocking the discharge of water.
