PURPOSE: An apparatus for control wastewater level is provided, which is characterized in that flux can be stable even though sudden change of inflow without accumulating of solid components. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) is connected to the air floating pump so that wastewater flows in the controlling tank. The controlling tank has casing(10), which is hollow structure, and wastewater which is transferred from lower storage tank flow into the inflow room(20). An excess wastewater overflows returned to the returning room(50), which is located in the casing(10). The walls(22a,22b,22c,22d) for overflowing are installed at the all sides of inflow room(20), so the water level can be stable rapidly. The height of the walls is lower than the casing(10) but are same each other so that the solid components are discharged without accumulating of solid.
