PURPOSE: An equalizer of cast piece temperature for a twin roll type thin strip casting machine is provided to manufacture cast pieces with equal temperature. CONSTITUTION: Molten steel(1) is supplied by first and second cylinders(36), but the steel supply is reduced at a high-temperature cast piece(10) when a nozzle(7) is at a distance from the surface of the cast piece. The temperature of the cast piece falls to be the same as the ambient temperature, Thus, the entire temperature is equalized and the cast piece is produced by controlling the position of the nozzle through the continuous supply of molten steel.
