PURPOSE: A digital karaoke system having voice conversion capability is provided to convert voice of men to that of women, and vice versa. CONSTITUTION: A digital karaoke system having voice conversion capability according to the present invention includes a selection switch(112), a first path, a second path, and a third path. The selection switch(112) selects on mode from a men voice mode and a women voice mode. The first path mixes the input of a user with a selected accompaniment when a standard mode is selected. At the second path mixes the selected accompaniment with a voice signal which is high pass filtered when a women voice mode is selected and transmits the output to a speaker. The third path mixes the selected accompaniment with a voice signal which is low pass filtered when a men voice mode is selected.
