METHOD FOR OPERATING INITIAL SINTER

PURPOSE: A method for operating an initial sinter is provided to supply a qualified agglomerate while reducing entire half agglomerate by reducing a period for reaching a normal operation, by preventing air lead to the lower part of an empty sintering trolley, and by preventing the generation of fine agglomerate of initial mixed material. CONSTITUTION: An upper agglomerate(6a) is extracted from an upper agglomerate supplying container(6) for preventing the leakage of mixed material through the space between trolleys(2) of a sintering device. Then, a half agglomerate supplying container(5a) is arranged in a supplying container(5) of sintering mixed material to extract half agglomerate(1a) by opening a half agglomerate extracting instrument(5b). And, a drum fitter(5b) located under the supplying container of mixed material is reversely rotated for extracting mixed material(1). Herein, an adjusting apparatus(5d) of layer thickness is arranged for adjusting the thickness of half agglomerate layer to minimize the air leak toward the lower part of a sintering trolley while extracting the half agglomerate.
