PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a radiator is provided to supply cool air introduced from a rear part of a bus to a radiator by coupling an intercooler with the radiator with a predetermined distance via a plurality of spacers, thereby improving the cooling efficiency of the radiator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a radiator(20) connected with an intercooler(10) at one side and a cooling fan at the other side, includes first and second flanges(11,12) protruded at both sides of the intercooler and respectively formed with a plurality of coupling holes(13) on a body part with a predetermined interval, third and fourth flanges(21,22) protruded at both sides of the radiator and respectively formed with a plurality of coupling holes(23) on a body part with a predetermined interval, a channel(30) formed with a section in the shape of "£" , a blocking surface(31) and supporting plates(32) at both sides of the blocking surface, and coupled between either pair of flanges facing each other with a bolt(34), a spacer(40) formed with screw protrusions(42) at both sides of a cylindrical body part to be inserted in the coupling holes of the pair of flanges facing each other, and nuts(43) to be inserted in the screw protrusions for coupling the intercooler and the radiator.
