PURPOSE: A synthetic resin box with a folding structure is provided to fold a box without regard to the shape and size of the box and to promote convenience in carrying and storing by reducing its volume. CONSTITUTION: In desiring to fold an assembled box, a shaft rod(7) rotates by lifting a bottom plate(3) up, and the bottom plate is closed adhered to the insides of left/right plates(1). Connecting members(14) rotate by pushing front/rear long plates(2), and hanging members(13) are inserted into a long hole(9) as well as protrusions(17) of the long plates are combined with hanging holes(16). Protruded portions(6) of the bottom plate are inserted into recessed portions(18) of the long plate and the bottom plate is closely adhered to the left/right and front/rear plates. In desiring to store articles in the box, the box is spread by widening the long plates and taking the protrusions out of the hanging holes. The box is formed by stopping the bottom plate with support members(15) and is not distorted by supporting the inside of the long plates with both ends of the bottom plate.
