PURPOSE: A microprocessor is provided not to directly send a wait signal, generated every memory management circuit, to a processor core circuit. And the microprocessor enables to easily design, by independently operating every register within the processor core circuit and the memory management circuit, easily perform a debugging, and reduce a consumption of power by changing an internal input clock signal by a signal controlling many registers. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor comprises a clock signal generation circuit(21), a processor core circuit(22), many memory circuits(23), many memory management circuit(24), and a clock signal management circuit(25). The processor core circuit(22) performs an operation by receiving a transformed clock signal of a clock signal generated in the clock signal generation circuit. The many memory circuits(23) receives and stores a signal operated in the processor core circuit. The many memory management circuit(24) supplies a needed control and address signal to every memory circuit by receiving an address and control signal from the process core circuit, and outputs many wait signals informing the need of more predetermined time when an operation required to itself is over than its capacity. And the clock signal management circuit(25) outputs the transformed clock signal to the processor core circuit, by receiving wait signals output from the many memory management circuit and a clock signal output from the clock signal generation circuit.
