发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLAD STRIP
摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method is provided to reduce the producing cost of a clad strip which is a complex strip strengthening abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A clad strip is produced by an ingot. The ingot contains 0.01 to 0.14wt% of C, less than 2.0wt% of Mn, less than 0.030wt% of P, less than 0.010wt% of S as base ingredients and adds more than one selected among alloy ingredients containing less than 1.0wt% of Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, less than 0.10wt% of Nb, Ti, V and less than 0.0050wt% of Ca. The ingot is hot rolled to be a slab and the surface of the slab is blasted. The blasted slab is thermal-sprayed with Nickel in 0.01 to 0.5mm of thickness. Then, the slab is attached to a strip or a titanium plate to be a pack. A separating agent is put between the packs. The pack's circumference is welded and the inside of the pack is vacuumed to make a slab pack. The slab pack is heated in a temperature of 900 to 1100°C and secondly hot rolled in a temperature of more than 800°C and then heated in a temperature of 400 to 600°C to finish the process for a clad strip.
