发明名称 METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING GAS FLOW DISTRIBUTION INSIDE BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recognizing a gas flow inside a blast furnace is provided to stabilize a state inside the furnace and to automatically control by giving a physical meaning to a divided result with a distribution pattern dividing method of gas flow and a purge model. CONSTITUTION: A blast furnace process receives data such as the temperature and pressure of an inner wall in the blast furnace and work accomplishment through a PLC. An input layer of a nerve circuit net uses 128 among the blast furnace data and has 15360 nodes in order to have the data transition of 120 minutes from the present to the past by considering the relative degree of the data. A competitive layer as an output result of the nerve circuit has 36 nodes. Accordingly, the state of the furnace is stabilized and automatically controlled by giving a physical meaning with a purge model and the division method of a gas flow distribution pattern.
