PURPOSE: A loading structure of disc player is provided to improve the productivity with reducing a number of components needed to elevate a clamp and a roller and assembling processes by operating the roller and the clamp with installing a loading motor and a moving plate in a drive unit. CONSTITUTION: In withdrawing a disc(120), a moving plate(180) is moved in an opposite direction at a loading of disc through an interlocking gear group(144) by rotating a loading motor. An inclined groove(184) rotates a rotating holder(190) clockwise. An inclined face(186) lifts a supporting lever(204). A clamp(200) is removed from the disc(120). A roller(192) lifts the disc(120). A flowing of a drive unit(130) is prevented by combining a hanging sill(198) in a fixing slot(112). The roller(192) is always rotated by interlocking in a center axial gear(142), a transferring gear(142) and an axial gear(194). Thereby, the roller is exhausted the disc(120) after lifting.
