PURPOSE: A device for supplying a lottery service is provided to easily buy lotteries, for a subscriber, until before lottery without visiting a place selling lotteries through a wire/wireless telephone, by constructing a lottery service device by way of an electronic exchange, a voice message device, and a database, registering to buy a lottery having asked number. CONSTITUTION: A device for supplying a lottery service comprises an electronic exchange(20) and a voice message device(30). The electronic exchange(20) comprises a subscriber connector(21), a base station connector(22), and a trunk circuit(23). The voice message device(30) comprises a trunk circuit(31), a signal processing circuit(32), a database(33), an announcement circuit(34), a central controller. The trunk circuit(31) receives and synchronizes a clock from the electronic exchange to receive/transmit a T1/E1 level unit of data between the electronic exchange(20) and the voice message device(30), transmitting to a signal processor, through a system bus, by receiving various signals inputted from the electronic exchange, or transferring a signal inputted from the signal processor to the trunk circuit(31) of the electronic exchange. The signal processing circuit(32) generates a related event by detecting a specific signal data among data inputted through the trunk circuit(23), supplying the central controller, the database, and an interface to register various lotteries' numbers, processing a voice encoding base on various announcements, an using procedure transmission of the related service, and a voice compressing execution. The database(33) stores an information of the subscriber and sale lotteries' numbers.
