PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a bi-shrinkage combined yarn which has excellent bulky property and repulsion elasticity. Thereby, it is possible to prepare a bi-shrinkage combined yarn which has excellent bulky property, repulsion elasticity and reduced dyeing difference. CONSTITUTION: A polyester bi-shrinkage combined yarn is prepared by combining an effected yarn and a center yarn of high shrinkage polyester yarn. The effected yarn has low shrinkage and stretch property through a heat treatment. The high shrinkage polyester yarn has 8-15mol% of isophthalic acid copolymer. The center yarn has staple denier of 4.0-8.0dpf, and the effected yarn has staple denier of 1.0-4.0dpf. A ratio of the center yarn denier based on the effected yarn denier is 0.6-1.2. The effected yarn has anhydrous shrinkage ratio of -5-0%, and dry shrinkage ratio of -10-0%. The effected yarn is prepared by melt spinning a polyester to speed of 3,500m/min to heat treat the spinned fiber at temperature of elongation roller of 110°C, a temperature of elongation plate of 200°C and an elongation ratio of 1.06.
