PURPOSE: A low-power signal transfer circuit is provided to reduce a consumption power at a signal transfer by reducing a voltage width of a signal to be transferred. CONSTITUTION: A low-power signal transfer circuit comprises a voltage width reducing part(200), a metal line part(210) a signal width restoring part(220). The voltage width reducing part(200) receives a signal(Vin) to be transferred from one location in a chip to another location in the chip, and reduces a voltage width of the signal(Vin). The metal line part(210) transfers the signal of a reduced voltage width outputted from the voltage width reducing part(200). The signal width restoring part(220) receives the signal of the reduced voltage width transferred through the metal line part(210), and restores a voltage width of the signal into an original voltage width.
