PURPOSE: A power-off method of a wireless terminal in a hands-free device, is provided to turn off the wireless terminal through the hands-free device, in using the wireless terminal through the hands-free device, so that battery charge of the wireless terminal and a car can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: A power-off method of a wireless terminal in a hands-free device comprises the steps as follows. Power-off demand data, performing a power-off operation of the wireless terminal after a predetermined time, are transmitted to the wireless terminal, when a non-speech state is decided after a starting-out of a car is sensed. Power-off is performed in the hands-free device, when predetermined data corresponding to power-off completion are received from the wireless terminal, in response to the transmitted power-off demand instruction data.
