摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method of producing synthetic flux for producing steel is provided to have the excellent absorptiveness of non-metal inclusion containing silicon generated upon producing silicon killed steel even at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: More than 80wt% of the mixture that limestone sludge and silica powder are mixed in a 1.5 to 3.4wt ratio range is mixed up with a blast furnace slag as the rest part. The mixed material is melt and synthesized at more than 1358°C and then is extracted and cooled with a common method. Herein, less than 129 mesh of the grading of the limestone sludge and silica powder is kept over 90%. In addition, the grading of the blast furnace slag is less than 3mm.
