PURPOSE: A matrix panel driving method is provided to improve the color fineness by making the color light to be maintained only in the circle of the color light projection period which corresponds to the color signal applied at each cell. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a driving controlling part(310), a gate driving part(320), a source driving part(330), a rest driving part(340), and a TMA matrix panel(350).The source driving part sequentially provides the red, green and blue signal to each source line of the TMA matrix panel so that the each color signal corresponds to the red light projection period, green light projection period and the blue light projection period. The gate driving part provides the driving signal which is to drive the TMA matrix panel during the projection period of red, green and blue light to each gate line of the TMA projection panel. The reset driving part makes and provides the reset signal to the reset line of the TMA matrix panel.
