PURPOSE: A method for management of transmission device's transmission route database is disclosed for consistent initialization in case of reset of transmission device in a safeguard process state. CONSTITUTION: A method for management of transmission device's transmission route database is composed of request, reception, and allocation. Processor(202) checks if the user is requesting procedure selection through procedure group selector(300). If processor detects a request, move on to step (404), if not move on to step (402) and execute appropriate application. In step (404), processor receives necessary data that the user has inputted through process group selector to select a procedure group, which is composed of management transmission route and procedure transmission route, and stores the data in the backup memory(210). The processor moves on to step (406) and the database area of routes that have not been selected as database and procedure group are allocated to the memory(204) and the process is completed.
