PURPOSE: A speaker is provided to improve a phone call quality by increasing a contact degree between a speaker apparatus and an ear. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone comprises a main body(100) and a flip(200). The main body(100) and the flip(200) are mechanically connected through a hinge unit. The flip(200) is opened and closed with center in the rotation axis(A1). At the most upper part of the main body(100) is installed an antenna unit(110), and a speaker apparatus is located at a lower part of the antenna unit(110). The speaker apparatus(125) is connected to a receiver in the main body(100), and is projected or recessed with center in the surface of a casing frame(100a) according to whether the speaker apparatus is pushed with center in the rotation axis(A2).
