PURPOSE: A structure of a dust cover of a steering column is provided to prevent foreign matter from being introduced between the shaft of a steering column and an insertion hole by easily mounting a dust cover. CONSTITUTION: Before mounting a steering column(1), a shaft(30) is forcibly inserted into a hole(12) of a dust cover(10). The steering column is fixed to a vehicle body or a pedal board pillar through a hole(22) of a pedal board(20). The dust cover is inserted into the hole(22) of the pedal board by inserting the rim of the pedal board into the fixing groove(14) of the dust cover. Therefore, foreign matter is not introduced by eliminating a space between the hole(12) and the shaft of the steering column.
