ORGANIC TOP SOIL MAT INCLUDING SEED USEFUL FOR RAISING OF SEEDING

PURPOSE: An organic bed soil mat for seedlings have dry-phase bursting strength of 1-5(kgf/cm¬2), consist of bed soil composition and seed. And the bed soil composition comprises organic material for seedlings selected from the group of peat moss, coconut peat, the mixture thereof, and paper cellulose. CONSTITUTION: A process for organic bed soil mat comprises the following steps of: stirring and dissociating organic bed soil composition containing organic material, paper cellulose with the ratio of 60: 40-90: 10, making mixed liquid by controlling pH to 6-6.5; making seed mixed liquid by adding sterilized seed to the mixed liquid with 1.5-2% concentration; forming mat by vacuum suction and injecting the mixed liquid to mat molding machine; and drying the mat by separating from mat molding machine.
