PURPOSE: Although an additional load of a front and rear frame is light, reinforcing materials are put on it excessively and an outside bead only increases a rigidity between reinforcing materials to secure a rigidity of end side assembly. Therein, an amount of members comprising an end-side assembly increases according as an amount of reinforcing material does so that the weight and working procedures increase. Therefore, a transformation of outside plank and an accuracy of dimensions get worse according to the frequency of welding. CONSTITUTION: An end-side assembly(10) production of compartment by separable mold is provided to use an upper and a lower metal mold forming a corresponding intrusion and extrusion part to a bead(9) so that an outside plate(2) with a bead is shaped by press finishing through an upper and a lower metal mold and is cut on the edges according to the size. Therein, the outside plate(2) is produced and attached with a front and a rear frame equipped with many vertical and horizontal reinforcing materials(5,6) by way of spot welding. Various kinds of outside plates are produced with no increased cost of metal mold because an upper and a lower metal mold are assembled separably. Therefore, an application of design is enhanced and the amount of internal reinforcing materials, the weight, and an assembly working time decrease while using a rigidity of outside bead. |
