UNCOILER ABLE TO CONTINUOUSLY SUPPLY COILS

PURPOSE: An uncoiler to be able to continuously supply coils is provide to perform a continuous producing operation of components by reducing a time spent to shift coils. CONSTITUTION: A font end of a coil installed on a drum(20) is pushed toward a upper and a lower supply rollers(32) separated between a pair of guiding pipes installed inside the drum(20). The front end of the coil is inserted between the drum(20) and the supply rollers(32) by driving an elevating cylinder of supplying roller. The coil is corrected in a straight state during withdrawing toward a correcting device(40) when a driving motor(38) is rotated. A part without correcting in the front end of the coil is cut with a cutter. The coil is supplied to a main body of a processing machine by removing a burr generated at the cutting. When the correcting and the withdrawing processes of coil are performed and the new coil is installed in the empty drum(20) in the other side at the same time, the continuous supply of coils is available by a repetition of the operation.
