METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF ROLLER TABLE AND TRANSFER

PURPOSE: An automatic control method of roller table and transfer is provided to drive the roller table, to insert, to abstract and to control the transfer with a simulation for effectively transferring a product by using a complex controlling order between a control computer of transferring equipment and a signal processor. CONSTITUTION: An inserting material of transfer is reserved by searching a transferred material on a roller table and by searching an empty sectional number on the roller table and a space to be able to insert of a transfer. The roller table is driven to arrive the transferred material in an aimed position by deciding the driving of the transferred material on the roller table and by setting a present position, the aimed position and a driving range of the transferred material. The transfer is driven to reach the transferred material to the aimed position by deciding an insertion/abstraction between the transfer and the roller table and by selecting the present position, the aimed position and the driving range of the transferred material. The present position of the transferred material is changed according to a driving result of the roller table and the transfer.
