PURPOSE: A television having a personal computer monitoring function is provided to enable plural computer users to watch and use a television by displaying video outputs of a personal computer on the television. CONSTITUTION: A TV tuner(10) inputs a TV signal applied through the ground wave. A PC video signal input unit(50) inputs a video signal of a PC. A PC video signal output unit(60) outputs a PC video signal bypassing the PC video signal input unit(50). An input signal converter(70) inputs an output signal of the PC video signal input unit(50) and converts the output signal to a TV screen output signal. A signal processor(20) inputs output signals of the tuner(10) and the input signal converter(70) and converts the output signals into video and audio signals.
