PURPOSE: A tester is provided to optimize base stations in mobile network. Especially, it minimizes errors caused by environmental factors, so that enables to make reliable measurement CONSTITUTION: A tester comprises the parts of: a first to a fifth of directional connectors, not disturbing currents of approved signal while monitoring the signal; a first to a second of switches, by control with a control signal, making the approved signal to be output through the one route among two; a first to a fifth of automatic gain control circuit, controlling an approved signal's gain automatically; a third to a fifth switch, by control signal, outputting the one of approved signals among two; a sixth switch, by control signal, selecting only one among four of approved signals and outputting it; and a control part, controlling all parts by program controls, and processing data. The base station-optimizing tester minimizes error ranges caused by environment factors including measuring machines, noise generators, noise diminishing machines, and users' mistakes and inexperience, so that makes users trust the measured data having been measured differently each test shot, reduces a defective rate and testing time, and repetitive tests aren't needed.
