PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling a duplexing device access bus in an exchange is provided to smoothly perform a switching process when a duplexing standby process is switched even when malfunctions, resetting processes, board ruptures of an active processor are generated, and to automatically switch each device according to duplexing control signals without a circuit for selecting a corresponding processor. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for controlling a duplexing device access bus in an exchange comprises a first controlling circuit(50) and a second controlling circuit(60). The first/the second controlling circuits comprise common signal outputting circuits(51,61), signal detecting circuits(52,62), sudden signal outputting circuits(53,63), signal adjusting circuits(54,64), and signal selecting circuits(55,65). The first controlling circuit controls a duplex switching of a first processor, connected through an exchange device and a first bus. The second controlling circuit controls a duplex switching of a second processor, connected through the exchange device and a second bus. The common signal outputting circuits analyze duplex-related signals to generate common control signals, and output the common control signals. The common control signals control a duplexing of a magnetic bus. The signal detecting circuits receive duplexing control signals from the common signal outputting circuits. The signal detecting circuits analyze the signals to output detecting signals according to the analyzed signals. The sudden signal outputting circuits receive other side detecting signals, reset signals, signals for other side board ruptures and functional statuses. The sudden signal outputting circuits generate driving setup signals according to the received signals, and output the generated driving setup signals. The signal adjusting circuits receive the common control signals to adjust the signals to a clock. The signal adjusting circuits output signals which is set up when sudden situations occur, according to the output driving setup signals. The signal selecting circuits receive the signals output from the signal adjusting circuits. The signal selecting circuits receive the output detecting signals, and outputs the duplexing control signals to the exchange device, according to whether or not signal values of the detecting signals and the duplexing control signals are equal.
